Purchased for use with a laptop that has 10.04 Lucid Lynx installed and it was pure plug n play! The reception is awesome. I expected it to be weaker than the installed internal wi-fi card on the laptop. 5 starts for the price! It does get very warm, but I use a cooling pad that is blowing on the laptop so it has not been an issue. Since I am using Linux I cannot comment on the install for Window$, but it did come with a driver CD-ROM. Shipping was fast too, I would buy again!

The "Wireless Usb2.0 WiFi High-Gain 23dBm 802.11g Adapter" is very good in my opinion, Got it right here on Amazon, Was shipped to me before the expected arrival time, Great Price, and when i recieved it, pluged it in, called my nieghbor to have him scan for it, and we both picked each others WiFi cards up within seconds, They live aprox 200-240 ft away!
