Works great with Win7 64bit OS February 19, 2010 Brett G. Wilkes (San Diego) 14 out of 14 found this review helpful
I've been trying to get a wireless adapter for my Windows 7 64bit operating system for a few weeks, but none of them had drivers that worked with my PC. And then I stumbled upon this little beauty and it worked as soon as I plugged it in - the drivers installed automatically (I didn't even have to use the drive mini-CD that came with the device).
Great Product especially for Windows 7 May 25, 2010 Buggs Bellamy Inc Bellamy Jr. I was looking for an adapter that was compatable with Windows 7. The other adapters I had purchased did not do the job. This adapter did with ease.
Good unit -- will repurchase July 25, 2010 ga I bought 5 of these units. The cd that came with the unit was not really clear as to what to do, but I did figure it out (as far as installing drivers). Windows XP did NOT automatically install driver. Works with Ubuntu; however, it was difficult to get up and running on it. I finally wound up updating Ubuntu and rebooting with the unit plugged in and it configured automatically.
Link speed is good and connection is reliable. I am using one as a router and it is sitting within 2 feet of a Linksys WRT54G and it has more power than the linksys. The software to do this comes on the included CD.
You will not be unhappy with this purchase.
Great alternative to dial-up! July 25, 2010 Cajundweeb I use this on my desktop as an alternative to my dial-up Internet connection.
Installation was easy and quick. The software that comes with the card is very easy to use and
configure.

Plug it in and the Window 7 64 bit recognized the device immediately, without using the disk. It worked as expected. Thanks!
